I came across this ClickBank university, recently during the summer of 2017. I am not sure if it was the updated version but, I am glad you reviewed this product. I almost signed up with them, thinking that they would actually provided answers to building a business. For some reason, I changed my mind. Probably because, I knew it had a catch to it somewhere. As for being OVERLY positive, as you said, I don’t really get that ‘feeling’ when browsing their site. I expected to ‘see’ them ‘shouting from the rooftops’ about how awesome CB University is (based on your comment), but didn’t really get that feeling. WA gives you two sites that uses sublinks. When I say sub-links I mean that they make you go into their servers of (for example as I can’t remember their links off the top of my head as I use so many now) say http://www.whatsiteisit.mysite.wealthyaffiliate.com or something like that where it gets routed somewhere before it goes to your site as you are using their main link and it is rerouted to you through them.
