If you go on google and type ‘best affiliate training programs’ you will find tons of articles and posts and ads. And some will say that this is the best training program ever made or this is will help you make bla bla dollars per month and so on.

I saw a webinar a few years ago with ClickBank University and to tell you the truth I was very impressed. But like you said what I realized was that they are really expensive. Nevertheless, many members have said how ClickBank has made them some really good money. I agree with you, the Wealthy Affiliate University platform has the best online training by far.

Everything your review mentions is true. My own research on their claims back it up as I’m skeptical by nature. Before I took the next step and spend another $500 I decided to dig a little deeper and found your blog and am so glad I did. Their niches suck, and amazingly their number one popular product to market is Clickbank! the second most popular is the dog training Adam keeps mentioning in the affiliate path.
I DO know Wealthy Affiliates first-hand as I WAS a member for 1 year. I used 3 websites through them and I was successful BEHIND the scenes with networking and connecting with people but there I did not get the help I needed or wanted. It wasn’t like I did not reach out to others either but the worst part of being there is right now over a year later.

First of all, I’m not saying you MUST host your website at ClickBank. But if you’ve started building website using their Builder tool, it’s hard for you to move it somewhere else, not because they hold “hostage” to your website. It’s because the contents are built in such a way that it can only be shown properly using their Builder. When you move your website to somewhere else, you have to spend a lot of time re-doing all the content to make it look visually appealing. You get my point here? This is just like many other content/page builders. Once you stop using the plugin, your content is no longer readable.

3) For the bank account, I don’t think it’s necessary to set up a business account or something. I’m not really familiar with the banking system and the rule just yet. But a lot of my friends are doing well with normal bank accounts if I’m not wrong. Anyway, most of the time, your affiliate commission will be paid to your PayPal account first. After that, you can then transfer it to your own bank account if you need the money.

WA gives you two sites that uses sublinks. When I say sub-links I mean that they make you go into their servers of (for example as I can’t remember their links off the top of my head as I use so many now) say http://www.whatsiteisit.mysite.wealthyaffiliate.com or something like that where it gets routed somewhere before it goes to your site as you are using their main link and it is rerouted to you through them.
