I did nothing wrong for the transfer of my site. I am well educated in the use of these systems. I HAD Kyle email me and say it would be forwarded but it never came to me. He never responded back to me when I told him that. In fact, he never responded to me in the first place. He responded to Enom when they went to him. Support tells you this as a non member (copy and paste.. like just about everything else)

But if you’ve started building website using their Builder tool, it’s hard for you to move it somewhere else, not because they hold “hostage” to your website. It’s because the contents are built in such a way that it can only be shown properly using their Builder.
