I did nothing wrong for the transfer of my site. I am well educated in the use of these systems. I HAD Kyle email me and say it would be forwarded but it never came to me. He never responded back to me when I told him that. In fact, he never responded to me in the first place. He responded to Enom when they went to him. Support tells you this as a non member (copy and paste.. like just about everything else)
I DO know Wealthy Affiliates first-hand as I WAS a member for 1 year. I used 3 websites through them and I was successful BEHIND the scenes with networking and connecting with people but there I did not get the help I needed or wanted. It wasn’t like I did not reach out to others either but the worst part of being there is right now over a year later.
Sadly, it has and still IS going on. When I finally decided to leave WA and not renew at the roughly $400 gold member membership price, WA changed the websites email holder to no longer for example to be mike@lovelightsllc.com but to mike@domainshield.com. I have had several agencies contact the owners of WA to rectify this plan and I have even been emailed directly saying that they have “fixed the problem”.
This is a useful resource for most tools you’ll need to your online business successfully. Some of these are: social media tools, Email Service Provider (ESP) and your website domain. WA gives you two sites that uses sublinks. When I say sub-links I mean that they make you go into their servers of (for example as I can’t remember their links off the top of my head as I use so many now) say http://www.whatsiteisit.mysite.wealthyaffiliate.com or something like that where it gets routed somewhere before it goes to your site as you are using their main link and it is rerouted to you through them.

First of all, I have been with WA for years and I’am getting good results. So you definitely have no rights to say that I’m misinformed or anything like that. Just because you had some problems for your site in WA, it doesn’t mean WA has the full responsibility for it. I’ll explain later. But to be honest, I must say you’re the one that’s misinformed.
Wealthy Affiliate never lock any website. As long as you have purchased your own domain name, it’s yours 100%. For hosting, WA doesn’t charge any additional charge for web hosting. It’s included in the membership price which I mentioned earlier on. If you’re referring to the domain name, one domain name costs around $14 to $16 per year. So I really don’t know what’s the expensive hosting you’re talking about.
