Clickbank University (CBU) has some pretty good affiliate training, but not my #1 choice. I’ve been doing this stuff for almost a decade now. If you want to be an affiliate and build affiliate websites, then you are better off learning about that stuff from this affiliate training center. They’ve been around for 15 years, and have produced thousands of success stories (some of which I’ve personally mentored, since 2012).
The program at Clickbank University was created after 17 years of research and taking the experience form Clickbank. As already said, Clickbank is a leading marketplace for digital products. It has paid out over 3 billion dollars in commission to date and sold 300 million plus digital products. So it’s safe to say that it’s good resource for designing a training course.
Summary: ClickBank University 2.0 has a solid course with useful tools to help people create their own digital products, market it on ClickBank and make money. They also have a set of course to guide people in affiliate marketing but the information is limited and outdated. In addition, CBU has a high-ticket upsell which they did not reveal to you upfront. So, take note of that!
Sadly, it has and still IS going on. When I finally decided to leave WA and not renew at the roughly $400 gold member membership price, WA changed the websites email holder to no longer for example to be mike@lovelightsllc.com but to mike@domainshield.com. I have had several agencies contact the owners of WA to rectify this plan and I have even been emailed directly saying that they have “fixed the problem”.
If you want to sell your own digital products, CBU is a great choice, but I don’t recommend you purchase everything Clickbank wants you to buy. As is typical of this type of company, they start you off with one product, then continually add things during the “upsell” process, so your final price becomes way higher than you expected. This is a new product that you will learn of after you join CBU training. It’s a professional drag-and-drop tool for creating landing pages, websites and offer pages. The catch 22 with this tool is it costs a hefty $594. You can pay this in two installments of $297 and since it comes with advantages such as ability to integrate with ClickBank you may consider purchasing it.
It is a series of online training courses primarily focused on teaching both vendors and affiliate marketers how to use Clickbank to promote digital products. Newbies can also learn how to become affiliate marketers from scratch. The classes are given over an 8-week period and information is mainly disseminated using videos. The company was created in 2013 and upgraded to version 2.0 in 2016.
