First of all, I’m not saying you MUST host your website at ClickBank. But if you’ve started building website using their Builder tool, it’s hard for you to move it somewhere else, not because they hold “hostage” to your website. It’s because the contents are built in such a way that it can only be shown properly using their Builder. When you move your website to somewhere else, you have to spend a lot of time re-doing all the content to make it look visually appealing. You get my point here? This is just like many other content/page builders. Once you stop using the plugin, your content is no longer readable.
Wealthy Affiliate never lock any website. As long as you have purchased your own domain name, it’s yours 100%. For hosting, WA doesn’t charge any additional charge for web hosting. It’s included in the membership price which I mentioned earlier on. If you’re referring to the domain name, one domain name costs around $14 to $16 per year. So I really don’t know what’s the expensive hosting you’re talking about.
4) For your last question, I’m not sure what’s the “Wealthy Academy” or “WH Academy” you’re talking about. I suppose you’re talking about Wealthy Affiliate? Anyway, I understand that you’re looking for a place to get a basic step-by-step training to help you get started on doing the real thing. So, I do recommend you to sign up with Wealthy Affiliate. It’s a platform which will provide you with step-by-step training from scratch, teaching you how to set up your own website, things like that. You know what is funny? Right now as I go to WA to get the info for my site, some of it has changed. The ENTIRE site has been wiped out and replaced. I guess WA DELETED it or domain shield did. I do not have ANY of my products on it. It was not even a valid link the last time I went to open it. Now it DOES open and shows a damn flower pot. It shows WA servers holding it again at the WA site which I changed several times to the BLUE HOST servers and Enom told them to LEAVE alone and in 10 days they would automatically lock in or something of the sort but of course that did not work either.
My #1 Tip, no matter WHAT you do online, CBU or otherwise: Stick with it, don't just jump around from one method to another if you don't find success right away. It took me a good YEAR to get my first Affiliate sale, but I also wasn't following any particular training, and was just jumping around from method to method....so I do have a bit of experience there and know what i'm talking about. :-)
Hey, I love this article thanks! I’m a complete novice and have found it very confusing with all the options on courses and opinions about them. I really like the look of ClickBank University but I can’t decide on it because of the price. I understand it has a ton of features but because I’m worried I’ll take too long learning and not all the modules are available to me immediately, resulting in me over-spending or losing interest. After reading your review I can see how good it is and it’s worth the money but then again in this review they love ClickBank University a bit too much, so not sure if they are just saying it’s great (link removed by editor). I would love an honest opinion from someone who has used it build a successful business and whether I actually need all the bells and whistles just to get started?? Thanks Jim, appreciate your help!
