If you want to sell your own digital products, CBU is a great choice, but I don’t recommend you purchase everything Clickbank wants you to buy. As is typical of this type of company, they start you off with one product, then continually add things during the “upsell” process, so your final price becomes way higher than you expected. If you purchase Thrive Architect this plugin alone, it’ll be a one-time fee. However, there’s an option for you to purchase their membership which allows you to gain access to all Thrive plugins and themes (this is a very good deal in my opinion). In this case, it will be either a quarterly fee or a yearly fee depending on your choice. Thrive Themes does provide a lot of training and support to help its customers so don’t worry that you don’t have the technical skill to use it. It’s all drag and drop. First of all, I have been with WA for years and I’am getting good results. So you definitely have no rights to say that I’m misinformed or anything like that. Just because you had some problems for your site in WA, it doesn’t mean WA has the full responsibility for it. I’ll explain later. But to be honest, I must say you’re the one that’s misinformed.
So that’s why you’re having difficulty getting your website to transfer to other places. You even complained that WA may have deleted your website. Like I’ve said, it’s totally your fault because they’ve explicitly said that you need to transfer your website to other hosting before you leave. So I don’t see there’s any problem with WA for that issue.
I did nothing wrong for the transfer of my site. I am well educated in the use of these systems. I HAD Kyle email me and say it would be forwarded but it never came to me. He never responded back to me when I told him that. In fact, he never responded to me in the first place. He responded to Enom when they went to him. Support tells you this as a non member (copy and paste.. like just about everything else)
As for being OVERLY positive, as you said, I don’t really get that ‘feeling’ when browsing their site. I expected to ‘see’ them ‘shouting from the rooftops’ about how awesome CB University is (based on your comment), but didn’t really get that feeling. First of all, I’m not saying you MUST host your website at ClickBank. But if you’ve started building website using their Builder tool, it’s hard for you to move it somewhere else, not because they hold “hostage” to your website. It’s because the contents are built in such a way that it can only be shown properly using their Builder. When you move your website to somewhere else, you have to spend a lot of time re-doing all the content to make it look visually appealing. You get my point here? This is just like many other content/page builders. Once you stop using the plugin, your content is no longer readable.
