What CBU will not give you is Experience and you will only get that if you take action now. Yes, this is your real problem that you do not take action. So that’s why you’re having difficulty getting your website to transfer to other places. You even complained that WA may have deleted your website. Like I’ve said, it’s totally your fault because they’ve explicitly said that you need to transfer your website to other hosting before you leave. So I don’t see there’s any problem with WA for that issue.
You know what is funny? Right now as I go to WA to get the info for my site, some of it has changed. The ENTIRE site has been wiped out and replaced. I guess WA DELETED it or domain shield did. I do not have ANY of my products on it. It was not even a valid link the last time I went to open it. Now it DOES open and shows a damn flower pot. It shows WA servers holding it again at the WA site which I changed several times to the BLUE HOST servers and Enom told them to LEAVE alone and in 10 days they would automatically lock in or something of the sort but of course that did not work either.

I purchased Clickbank Builder, unfortunately, a while back ago. They promised that certain templates for different niches were “coming soon” and that you could build “unlimited membership sites. They added only about 1 or 2 new templates in the past 240 days since I purchased it and there is no way to build a membership site.
