So that’s why you’re having difficulty getting your website to transfer to other places. You even complained that WA may have deleted your website. Like I’ve said, it’s totally your fault because they’ve explicitly said that you need to transfer your website to other hosting before you leave. So I don’t see there’s any problem with WA for that issue.
I was also a full-time procrastinator just like you but one day I finally thought that I have to do something now. Starting out something is the worst part. Some days were good, some were bad. They added only about 1 or 2 new templates in the past 240 days since I purchased it and there is no way to build a membership site. Since I am passed 30 days, they won’t refund me, nor have they directly answered my statement about not delivering on a product they are marketing. Scandalous!
But believe me, they don’t know shit about what they are talking about. They don’t even know what is inside that training program that they are promoting. They just want you to buy that crap so that they can make money from your pocket. Stay away from those scams. Because if anything is bad, then the seller will lure you with discounts, offers, and bonuses.

I used 3 websites through them and I was successful BEHIND the scenes with networking and connecting with people but there I did not get the help I needed or wanted.
