I DO know Wealthy Affiliates first-hand as I WAS a member for 1 year. I used 3 websites through them and I was successful BEHIND the scenes with networking and connecting with people but there I did not get the help I needed or wanted. The webinars are also recorded so that other members that missed it can watch it anytime they want. WA gives you two sites that uses sublinks. When I say sub-links I mean that they make you go into their servers of (for example as I can’t remember their links off the top of my head as I use so many now) say http://www.whatsiteisit.mysite.wealthyaffiliate.com or something like that where it gets routed somewhere before it goes to your site as you are using their main link and it is rerouted to you through them.
As for being OVERLY positive, as you said, I don’t really get that ‘feeling’ when browsing their site. I expected to ‘see’ them ‘shouting from the rooftops’ about how awesome CB University is (based on your comment), but didn’t really get that feeling. It just felt to me like they were trying too hard to come off a real review, despite it clearly not being one.

If you want to sell your own digital products, CBU is a great choice, but I don’t recommend you purchase everything Clickbank wants you to buy. As is typical of this type of company, they start you off with one product, then continually add things during the “upsell” process, so your final price becomes way higher than you expected. Although you’re required to pay some extra money for it, the tool seems to be worth the value since it lets you access all the necessary resources for fully running a working website.
